It is common for government vehicles to be littered with names and photos of local and national officials taking “initiative” for the provision of such services, many of Davao City vehicles don’t have to be used for this political tactic.

It’s not a bad idea to copy this concept. After all, Filipinos have become more mature in distinguishing true public service from superficial ones manifested through plastering of faces of public officials and grabbing the credits to show they are doing something. Can we all do the Davao City way?
